The service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, it is close to the ski resort cable car, and it is also convenient to visit the town. Not good actually; not willing to provide cutlery, breakfast is boring. Everything too eco. No much customer service, no one will help you pick the heavy things. All staff just sit there watching you

Very beautiful hotel with a fantastic design. The car park also is very big which is convenient for travelling by car. Both the dinner and breakfast are excellent.

Imposanter Eingangsbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Als etwas befremdend fand ich die aalglatte Bodenplatte in der Dusche. Achtung glitschig. Nachtessen im Restaurant war sehr gut, der Service durch Melissa und weitere fleissige Kräfte charmant und speditiv. Wir haben schon das zweite Mal, auf der Durchreise aus der Innerschweiz ins Engadin über die Pässe, hier übernachtet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die paar Schritte nach der Fahrt, zur Schöllenenschlucht lohnt sich. gewaltig! Auch ein Ausflug mit der Seilbahn auf den Gütsch: unbedingt!
